Promotions & Discount Codes Policy (Post-Purchase Requests)Updated an hour ago

We love offering promotions and discounts whenever we can. To keep things fair and consistent for all customers, please review the guidelines below:

1) Discount codes cannot be applied after an order is placed

Promo codes, discounts, and promotions must be entered and applied during checkout. Once an order has been submitted, we’re unable to retroactively apply a discount or adjust pricing.

2) Want to use a promotion you missed? (Cancel & re-order)

In some cases, if your order has not yet been dispatched from our fulfillment center, we may be able to cancel it so you can place a new order using the promotion—subject to the terms below:

  • The promotion must still be active and valid
  • The promotion must apply to the items in your cart (some exclusions may apply)
  • Inventory/size availability is not guaranteed when re-ordering
  • The delivery timeline restarts with the new order

3) Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled for a promotion

Once an order has been dispatched and is in transit, it cannot be canceled and a promotion cannot be applied retroactively. If you no longer want the item after it arrives, you may request a return in accordance with our Returns Policy (items must be unused and in original packaging, and returns must be initiated within the stated return window).

4) Promotions may have limitations

Promotions may be limited by:

  • expiration dates
  • product exclusions (e.g., sale items)
  • one-time use restrictions
  • non-stackable rules (cannot be combined with other discounts/offers unless stated)
